Damon Dade, President and Co-Founder

Mr. Dade has more than 16 years of experience in business operations and strategic leadership in organizations in the telecommunications, energy, software, and government sectors.  Mr. Dade was an early adopter of the use of technology to allow organizations to optimize the decision process and leverage organizational resources to achieve high levels of success.

Mr. Dade has experience in organizations ranging from $500 Million to $64 Billion of  annual revenue.  Mr. Dade solidified his approach to analysis and business intelligence while at Microsoft, where he was engaged in the leadership of global business intelligence for Treasury’s World Wide Credit Services.  While at Microsoft, Mr. Dade implemented numerous tools, processes, and analysis packages to help the organization limit the impact of the 2008 economic crisis on Credit Services’ performance and process time.  Since leaving Microsoft, Mr. Dade has been engaged in the creation of business intelligence tools and the support of several companies engaged in organizational transformation.

Mr. Dade is also an instructor in George Mason's School of Business.  There he teaches classes related to data and business analytics

Mr. Dade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Wayland Baptist University. Mr. Dade is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Policy from George Mason University. His research interest in this program is emerging technology and the role of policy.




Albert Howe, Senior Consultant

 Mr. Howe’s background includes over 25 years as a versatile finance professional with diversified experience in the energy, banking, manufacturing and retail sectors.  Working in both Fortune 500 and smaller companies, he has demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a solid record of accomplishments that have resulted in value added outcomes and successful business decisions.

 He has held leadership roles as an energy professional in the regulated and non-regulated utility sectors. While with Arizona Public Services, he provided transformative business solutions, rate case and operations support to the generation, transmission, energy delivery and customer service organizations. During his 17 years at American Electric Power LG&E and GE Wind, he held significant roles of responsibility in business development, power marketing, energy trading, structuring, project management, acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to his energy experience, held leadership roles in finance with ARCO International Oil & Gas, First Interstate Bank, Blockbuster Entertainment, Rockwell International, and S&W Engineered Products.  

 Educated at the University of Chicago Albert has an MBA in Finance, Accounting and International Business, and a BA in Economics.
